Creston, IA – Southwestern Community College Women's Basketball is proud to announce the signing of Jordyn Hall, a dynamic 5'3" point guard from Madison County High School in Danielsville, Georgia, to its 2025-26 recruiting class.
Hall brings with her a decorated prep career filled with team leadership, high-level defensive prowess, and a mature basketball IQ. She was named Defensive Player of the Year in Georgia's 8AAAA Region, earned All-Region honors, and led Madison County in assists. In addition to her on-court success, Hall was recognized as Most Athletic Female at her high school—an honor that reflects both her work ethic and well-rounded athletic ability.
"I've been blessed to earn All-Region honors, be named Defensive Player of the Year in my region, and lead my school in assists," Hall shared. "Being voted Most Athletic Female was a huge honor. All of these accomplishments remind me how much hard work pays off, and I'm excited to keep pushing myself at the next level."
Despite not yet visiting campus, Hall felt an immediate connection to the Southwestern program and staff.
"I haven't stepped on campus yet, but the coaches and teammates I've met made such a strong impression on me. Their energy, support, and belief in me made it easy to commit," said Hall. "I can already tell it's a place where I'll be pushed to grow on and off the court."
Southwestern Head Coach Kori Zarzutzki praised Hall's well-rounded game and humble leadership style:
"We are so ecstatic about Jordyn! She is a confident, high-level player at both ends of the court. She has a great basketball IQ, distributes the ball well, and is very humble while doing so," said Zarzutzki. "She'll fit in well with our culture and bring real value to our program."
Hall becomes the latest addition to a Spartans squad preparing for NJCAA Region XI competition under Coach Zarzutzki's direction.
