Jacob Baudler joined the Spartan baseball coaching staff in September 2025. Baudler, a Nodaway Valley High School graduate, is a native to SWCC's region in southern Iowa. Baudler is a SWCC alum as well.

Baudler brings 10 years of coaching experience as he rejoins Spartan Nation. At the Creston and Nodaway Valley Schools, he has coached middle school and high school sports including baseball, basketball, football, and track. He specializes in and thoroughly enjoys the strength and conditioning aspect of athletics. Baudler was a member of Creston High School's football coaching staff during their run to state in 2023.

In addition to coaching, Baudler is a residence hall coordinator in SWCC student housing.

He holds an Associate of Arts degree from Southwestern; a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from Iowa State University; and is currently pursing an additional bachelor's degree in physical education/teaching.
